Project overview
Starting from an existing extraction-head prototype, DOMTEKNIKA improved capsule retention, closing kinematics, capsule detection and opening, and tea flow at the capsule outlet. The team then supported industrialization of the extraction head, developed a system that prevents steam from accumulating inside the capsule to improve infusion, and contributed to industrializing several machine components.
