Project overview
In 2011–2012, DOMTEKNIKA developed a transparent gear train bridge for a major Swiss watchmaker. The project originated from an internal idea rather than a client request: making the bridge visually invisible to highlight the gears themselves. Work covered component design and calculations, material and treatment selection, and supervision of injection moulding for the first components.
