Project overview

DOMTEKNIKA developed the complete machine and carried out an initial industrialization study. Its architecture supports a range of soluble coffees and other soluble beverages. To prepare cappuccinos without contaminating the machine, milk remains fully separated from the internal circuit and never passes through its pipes or components. This design limits residue buildup and simplifies hygiene, cleaning and maintenance. The machine was subsequently brought to market for a major coffee-machine brand.
